Niz bilateralnih sastanaka na marginama Međunarodne sigurnosne konferencije u Münchenu
On the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković engaged in a series of bilateral meetings with political leaders and business representatives. Key discussions included Brexit negotiations with Michel Barnier, cooperation with Markus Soeder (Bavarian Premier), the EU's Multiannual Financial Framework with Gunther Oettinger, and meetings with leaders from Kosovo, Montenegro, and Romania, as well as Manfred Weber of the EPP group. Plenković also met with representatives from Lockheed Martin and Saab regarding military aircraft procurement. He confirmed that the acquisition of fighter jets was discussed with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, clarifying that such procurements are individual rather than NATO-led, and affirmed Croatia's commitment to enhancing its air force capabilities while highlighting Croatia's active role within NATO.
